A Disciplined Approach to Wealth Management

Why choose Blue Bridge?

Blue Bridge’s team of analysts, led by a CIO and a Director of Investments with over 40 years of combined experience, have expertise in a wide array of asset classes and strategies.

Blue Bridge’s investment team has both the capacity and the background required to effectively analyze a full range of public and private investment opportunities anywhere in the world.

Blue Bridge employs open architecture and receives no compensation beyond client fees. Our advice is entirely objective and the interests of our clients are paramount.

Blue Bridge clients enjoy the two-fold benefit of professional analysis and the economies of scale that come from reduced institutional management fees.

Blue Bridge selects and invests with “best-of breed” investment managers that are not always available to individual investors.

Our process commences with a proprietary financial model that enables to us to deploy assets in a manner consistent with a client’s Investment Policy Statement (IPS). This policy statement embodies, among other things, a client’s time horizon, risk profile, and liquidity requirements.

Assets are then allocated to a carefully vetted “best-in-class” group of investment managers. While the investment styles of these managers vary widely, they all share a common characteristic: consistent positive returns over time coupled with demonstrated aversion to downside risk. This enables us to assemble a diverse portfolio characterized by asymmetric returns with the objective of attaining positive performance and low risk of loss. From time-to-time unanticipated events present unexpected opportunities. Blue Bridge’s asset allocation methodology permits us to respond to these opportunities to enhance a portfolio’s performance within the protective parameters of the IPS.

Where appropriate we bring our expertise and experience to bear in the selection of direct private investment opportunities in limited partnerships, real estate, private equity, private lending and other alternative vehicles. This enables us not only to reduce exposure to the ebb and flow of public markets, but to generate tax-advantaged long term capital gains.

We never take our eyes off the ball. The maintenance and steady growth of assets requires unwavering vigilance. To this end, our investment team is engaged in a continual cycle of analysis and re-assessment consisting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of global economic conditions, investment opportunities, manager performance and individual portfolio performance.
