President

Julie Elmlinger is President of Blue Bridge Trust Company Inc.. She is also responsible for the Group's legal affairs. Prior to joining Blue Bridge in 2014, she spent over a decade practicing business and securities law at national law firms, including Norton Rose Fulbright and McCarthy Tétrault. Julie Elmlinger has served on or chaired the boards of various organizations, including those of the Orchestre Métropolitain, the OFF.T.A. Festival and the Executive Committee of the Institute for Governance of Public and Private Organizations. She is the author of numerous publications and has given lectures on business and securities law. Julie is also involved with the Women4Climate organization. An avid reader, she is passionate about philosophy, economics, and politics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and practicing running, cycling, and downhill skiing.

Philippe Bouchard

Vice-President, Trust Administration

Philippe Bouchard is Vice-President and specializes in estate planning and trust administration. He is a member of the Quebec and Paris Bars and has professional experience in both Quebec and Europe. Philippe holds a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law and a Masters in International Business Law from the University of London (UK). He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In his spare time, you're likely to find Philippe enjoying outdoor activities or defending the goal in a field hockey match. Passionate about politics, he is particularly interested in the major issues facing society today, whether over a meal or in lively discussion.

Sylvain Guénette

Chief Financial Officer and Head of Custody Services

Sylvain Guénette is Vice President of Finance and oversees Blue Bridge’s custody services and client accounting operations. Before joining Blue Bridge in 2020, Sylvain held senior finance roles, including Vice President of Finance, at various companies such as American Iron & Metal, Labopharm, and several entities within the Québecor group. In his spare time, Sylvain enjoys sharing good meals with family and friends or engaging in one of the many sports he is passionate about. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a pharmaceutical company in 2013, where he continues to serve as a board member.

Director, Custody Services

Magalie Chaperon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She has over 25 years of experience in the securities and financial services industry. Specializing in international taxation, she has deep expertise in navigating complex compliance frameworks, including FATCA and the CRS. For over two years, she has played a key role at Blue Bridge, actively contributing to the management of tax, operational, and regulatory matters related to custody services. A passionate traveler who has explored six continents, Magalie brings intellectual curiosity and exceptional adaptability—valuable qualities in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

Patrick Gonzalez

Trust Operations Manager

Patrick Gonzalez is Blue Bridge’s Trust Operations Manager and oversees the monitoring and management of financial and transactional operations for the trusts for which Blue Bridge is trustee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) and brings over 25 years of experience in banking and custodial financial services for individuals, corporations, and trusts, both in Switzerland and Canada. Throughout his career, he has held various roles—including corporate credit advisor, investment advisor, and relationship manager—before joining Blue Bridge in 2015. In his free time, Patrick enjoys reading, cinema, and outdoor activities such as participating in airsoft games.

Odile Filiol

Advisor, Trust administration

Odile Filiol holds a master’s degree in international economics from Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne. She began her career in Europe at LVMH before moving to Montreal, where she worked in the real estate sector and later in a single family office, gaining experience in managing complex wealth structures. At Blue Bridge, Odile oversees the work of external accounting firms to ensure the trusts’ compliance with accounting and tax obligations. She values rigor, transparency, and the quality of professional relationships. In addition to her interest in major socio-political and international issues, Odile is an avid walker, considering it a key moment for reflection, grounding, and personal balance.

Chief Compliance Officer

Ninon Daltin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from HEC Montréal. She joined Blue Bridge in 2016 and has over 28 years of experience in the financial services sector. Over the course of her career, she has held key roles in operations, fund accounting, and regulatory compliance. As Chief Compliance Officer at Blue Bridge, Ninon champions integrity and is an avid road cycling enthusiast.

Honseenta Anthony

Compliance Analyst

Bachelor of Laws (LL.L) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa. Honseenta Anthony joined Blue Bridge's Compliance department in June 2022, having gained a decade of experience in the financial industry in a variety of roles. She specializes in KYC, due diligence and regulatory standards. Honseenta is an avid reader and knowledge seeker.

Alain Roch

Alain Roch founded Blue Bridge Wealth Management Inc. in 2002, the parent company of Blue Bridge Trust Company Inc. Earlier in his career, he was Vice-President of Banque Julius Baer in Montreal and Managing Partner of UBS in Canada and Switzerland. He studied law at the Université de Genève, political science at the Université de Lausanne and international relations at the Université de Bruxelles and Université Laval before completing his MBA at the Université Sherbrooke.

Sylvain Guénette

Pierre Matuszewski

Pierre Matuszewski is Chair of the Board of Directors of Blue Bridge. From 2009 to 2018, he served as President of Société Générale (Canada), a Schedule II chartered bank and subsidiary of the French bank Société Générale S.A., as well as of its securities subsidiary, Société Générale Capital Canada, where he was also the designated responsible person. Prior to that, he held senior investment banking roles at several prominent Canadian financial institutions. Today, he is an executive coach for leaders in the public and private sectors and serves on the boards of Export Development Canada and its subsidiary FinDev Canada. He is also Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of McGill University and a member of the advisory committee of Tremcar. In March 2024, he completed an eight-year term as a director of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund. Since 2021, Pierre has also served as a municipal councillor for the Village of Senneville.

Serge Bilodeau

Serge Bilodeau is a Senior Advisor at the law firm BCF. He provides guidance on business strategy development, tax planning, business succession, and large-scale transactions.

Before joining BCF, Serge was a tax partner for over 30 years at a major international accounting firm. Drawing on this extensive experience, he advises leading Canadian and international companies and supports Quebec families in the transition of their family businesses. His deep expertise in managing relationships with tax authorities—including the Ministry of Finance—makes him a seasoned strategic advisor and allows him to act as an expert witness in tax-related legal proceedings.

Today, Serge serves on boards of directors and acts as a senior advisor to prominent business families.

Antoinette Bozac

Antoinette Bozac is a legal advisor in business, corporate, and commercial law, affiliated with McCarthy Tétrault through its MT>Connect division. She has over 25 years of experience as an executive and board member of publicly traded, private, and Crown corporations across highly regulated sectors, including trusts, pension plans, and financial institutions.

She has held leadership roles in compliance, governance, human resources, legal affairs, public affairs, risk management, and insurance. Antoinette has overseen business and operational strategies, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and stakeholder engagement with investors, shareholders, and regulators. She holds a distinction-level degree from Concordia University, a law degree from McGill University, and certification in Lean Six Sigma.

Marc Doré

Marc Doré served as Chief Investment and Asset Management Officer, as well as President of Development and Construction at Cogir Real Estate since joining the company in 2020. He now acts as a strategic consultant and corporate director.

Throughout his career, Marc has gained extensive experience in investment, financing, and management across both private and public companies. His past roles include Managing Director and Chief Investment and Asset Management Officer at SITQ (Ivanhoé Cambridge, Global), Managing Director at Fengate Real Assets, CEO of Seasons Retirement Communities, and Chief Investment Officer at Réseau Sélection. Most recently, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of PEAK Financial Group.

Marc is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as executive leadership training from the University of Oxford.

Sophia Bennaceur

Sophia Bennaceur is a seasoned executive specializing in organizational transformation, financial strategy, and corporate governance. She led Morgan Stanley’s technology center in Montreal, overseeing more than 3,000 employees and driving major initiatives in recruitment, diversity, and operational excellence. She also held executive roles at Société Générale, where she led significant restructuring and regulatory compliance projects.

An engaged board member, she serves on the boards of Equisoft, the Centre du Théâtre d’Aujourd’hui, and the Arion Baroque Orchestra. A graduate of HEC Paris, the University of Exeter, and Paris Dauphine, Sophia is known for her ability to align strategy, performance, and human impact in complex, fast-evolving environments.
